Cancellation & Refund Policy

At ThePersonalizeHub, we have a strict no-refund, no-cancel policy because every order is made-to-order and personalized for you with your names, messages, photos, or designs. That is what makes our products special and the reason we have this policy.

1. Cancellations

  • Once you place your order and confirm it:
  • Your order cannot be cancelled, as production starts soon after your order is placed.
  • Please double-check your personalizations as carefully as possible before completing your purchase, (spelling, image quality, colors, etc.).

2. Refunds

We do not offer refunds in any circumstance, unless in very unique cases when:Your product is damaged, defective, or completely different than what you ordered.In these rare cases, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt at: support@thepersonalizehub.com
You must include:

Clear photos of the product

Your order ID and/or name

If approved, we will:Recreate and re-ship for no chargeProvide store credit, no cash refunds.

3. Important Disclaimer

There may be slight variations in color, texture, size, or placements of items from what is shown in product listings because of:

  • Screen variations
  • Handmade products
  • Variations in Material

These are not defects - we will not offer replacements/refunds in those instances.

4.  Cash on Delivery (COD)

We do not offer COD - all purchases must be paid for online at checkout.

5. Wrong Address / Missed Deliveries

Any orders returned to us because the shipping address provided was wrong or incomplete will not be resent for free. New shipping will be chargeable.Our company will not be liable for delays and/or loss in shipping items because incorrect address was inputted.

6. Our Assurance

We love providing meaningful and high quality-personalized gifts. If you ever receive something that doesn't reflect our assurance, please let us know, and we will do our best to address it.
