These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our website and/or placing an order through our website and/or services you agree to all the following applicable terms so please read the terms carefully.

1. Ordering

All of the products sold on ThePersonalizeHub are custom products based on information you provide (names, messages, images, etc. ) Please ensure all information used for customization is correct before placing the order. Once an order is made, no changes can be made. All payments must be completed in advance at the time of checkout. We do not offer cash on delivery (COD) for the time being.

2. Customization

We are fully dependent on the content customer uploads for customization (text/image/design). ThePersonalizeHub is not responsible for any errors in spelling, grammar, or content submitted by the customer. ThePersonalizeHub and or their fulfillment partners reserve the right to reject, remove or replace customized content that is offensive, vulgar, and/or infringes on another person's rights.

3. Product Colors and Finish

While we do our best to accurately represent our products, we want to remind you that color, texture, or finish may vary slightly in product photography when compared to the actual item, and there are reasons for this:

  • Lighting used in product photography
  • Variations in screen displays, such as mobile vs. desktop
  • Material availability or finishing techniques when creating a unique, handmade item

Variations are not considered defects, and we embrace the unique and custom characteristics of your personalized product.

4.  Shipping & Delivery

Orders will typically be processed, and shipped within the time frame specified on each product page. We will always use reliable logistics companies, but we cannot take accountability for any delays caused by courier services, weather, or arising global conditions. In the extremely rare case that your order goes missing or is damaged in transit, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Payment Terms

All transactions are securely processed through trusted payment gateways online. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not an option.

6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Because many of our products are personalized, we cannot accept cancellations, returns or refunds once an order is confirmed. Each item is special and created just for you - Which means it cannot be restocked or resold.If there is a manufacturing defect, or you received the wrong item, please notify us within 2 days of receiving the order with photographs and details. We will do our best to correct the error.

7. Intellectual Property

All of the contents of this site, including the designs, product images, text, and logos, belong to ThePersonalizeHub and cannot be used or reproduced without our consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

ThePersonalizeHub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damage arising from the use of our services or products or otherwise. Our total liability will not exceed the amount of money paid by the applicable customer to ThePersonalizeHub for that product.

9. Changes to Terms

We may make changes to these Terms from time to time, at our discretion. A change will be posted on this page with a date which we will update. Your continued use of the website means that you agree to those changes.
